Alan, can you post up the locker inventory as soon as you can? We need to buy whatever is missing.
Also, can you check the coolbox soon, and if its not working properly, we should look to get one in lidl (there may be a few left).

Any chance the club will be getting a second set of splits and a couple of pin kits soon? If there's no money, it might be worth asking for from the sports office? It is safety gear after all.

Just to make life easier, here is the list:
2 x chopping board (1 small and 1 large - these need to be cleaned I think?)
1 x strainer
1 x potato masher
1 x shallow ladle
3 x spatulas (do you mean fish slicer Aran?)
6 x good knives (4 x small, 2 x large)
3 x good glasses (there is a 4th cracked one, but it can be binned)
1 x kettle (non electric)
Assorted plastic and metal cutlery (how many? mainly knives & forks?)
3 x mugs
9 x plates (2 x large, 7 x medium)
2 x small tupperware bowls
6 x plastic bowls (5 x small, 1 x large)
2 x woks
8 x metal bowls/pots (guessing these are small?)
3 x baking tins/frying pans
2 x handles (ok condition)
1 x large pot lid (does this fit one of the above pots??)

1 x scissors
2 x tent pegs
1 x thermos flask (needs good clean)
1 x lantern with battery - untested

Where are the (and I think we need):
fold up tables? (should be 2 club ones)
Large pots (we need at least 1 really big pot - there should be a club one)
Gas cookers (should be 2 club ones)
More large chopping boards

We need to check gas cylinders and get filled.

I would like to have a meeting later this week to go to the shed and get everything we need gathered up, and cleaned. It needs to all go in the locker ready to be put in the van for the trip.
Does Thursday evening suit people?

If we are short stuff then we need time to order it.

No idea where the tables are, they might have been used during GalwayFest and the like over the past year or two so they could just be in someones house or something.
I've never seen the cookers so I don't even know where to start on that one :/

The metal pans are small enough, kinda plate sized. The handles clip on to them.
The big metal pot is in my house and the lid listed is the one that fits it. There might be a second somewhere too? I thought we had two in Donegal one year.
Theres maybe 6/7 knives, forks and spoons. Not enough for everyone to use club ones for the trip but enough for cooking/spares.

Cool. You can bring the pot to the meeting sure.

I'm sure the cookers are around. There were 2 club ones bought with medium sized camping gas cylinders. We'll ask barry/andrew if they were used for Galwayfest.

It's really shit if cookers etc all went missing since the last trip. This is why stuff needs to be locked away. Just means we all have to fork out for replacements if we can't find them.

So it was brought up that we may need to get another stove. If this is the case, seeing as we'll be based out of the van weight will be no real issue we could get one of these http://www.cotswoldoutdoor.com/ie/go-systems-dynasty-duo-stove-97120037?id_colour=180
http://www.cotswoldoutdoor.com/ie/campi ... colour=180
Depends on the size of the pots and pans we've got ofcourse, whether they'll fit or not?

Also, for anyone looking for camping gear before the trip or for future trips, this is a handy online store which usually has some pretty decent offers.

Ok, so can someone contact that guy (was it liam flaherty?) about the stove? The second one looks good alan. Just 2 plain rings. The toaster thing is useless. What are the shipping costs?

Yeah was thinking that alright with the grill. So the dimensions look like each ring will be able to take a pot or pan 20-25 cm in diameter. Are our pans small enough to fit does anybody know?

Delivery is 8 euro if the order is below 49 euro, so if we need any more gear might aswell do a bulk order. If not, I might be making another purchase from them at some point before the trip.

Excellent. Ok well, if the 23 euro stove is good to hol up 2 heavy pots then we can get it. It seems there is no point buying very good gear for the club as it tends to walk (sadly).

Any word on that other good stove from Liam Flaherty? Can someone who knows him call him and post up what the story is? Otherwise we should probably get two new ones.

Also, the new ones would have to be compatible with our gas cylinder. Those tiny refill things are a waste of time really.

Some stuff we might use in Aldi this thursday if anyone happens to be there:
tea towels (could get a pack or 2): https://www.aldi.ie/en/specialbuys/thur ... -towels-2/
Chopping boards (the large one): https://www.aldi.ie/en/specialbuys/thur ... ng-boards/
Or we can get them in tesco I'd say any time. :)

Can someone who knows Liam Flaherty contact him about the gas cooker? I haven't a clue who he is (though I'm sure I'd probably know him to see)! Post up here when you do find out so we can continue the search. Spanks.
