For the first week, please head to just outside the College Bar 15 minutes before the session is due to start, and someone from the club will meet you and bring you to the clubhouse.

Beginner Sessions

Wednesdays

13:30 – 15:30

Thursday

11.30 – 13.30

Saturday

13.00 – 15.00

Beginners will need to bring:

Your College ID
Towel
Shorts or other suitable legwear
Warm top: not anything cotton – fleece is best
Footwear: old trainers, neoprene booties, thick socks etc.

Also we have wetsuits for all beginners!

You’ll need to pay €3 for the first session you attend in any week; any additional sessions you attend that week are free.
